NASS scores below 10% at the real cost of infrastructures
The Nigerian National Assembly is allocated N150 billion annually which sums up to N600 billion in four years. In the space of these four years, the lawmakers have passed only 106 bills out of 1,063 bills. This is barely a delivery score of 10 percent and an average of 2.2 bills per month.
